This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is intended to supplement the MTC, Inc. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE and should be viewed and construed in conjunction with that Agreement.
The Policy applies to the Websites owned and/or operated by MTC, Inc., (the “Website”) that direct the viewer or user to this Policy. In this Policy, the terms “MTC,” “we,” and “us” refers to MTC, Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliated entities (hereinafter “MTC”). Websites that are owned and operated by MTC may contain links to websites that are owned and operated by other companies. This Policy does not apply to websites and services that are owned and operated by Third Parties.

PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Personal Information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. If you don’t wish for MTC to have your Personal Information, we ask that you do not provide it to us. Personal Information that you share with us will be used consistent with this Privacy Policy.
For example, when you purchase a Gift Card or other products through our Website, apply for commercial credit account, register for e-mail updates from MTC, submit a job application, contact us or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, credit card information, birth date, and/or other Personal Information.

USE OF INFORMATION BY THIRD PARTIES
MTC may make specific information available to affiliates or partners that work with MTC to provide products and services, or that help MTC market to customers.
MTC may disclose specific Personal Information provided by you through the Website when filing an online job application with MTC, Inc. or one of its restaurants. This disclosure is necessary to facilitate the employment screening process.

USE BY MINORS
This Website is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older; if you are between 13 and 18, please use this Website with the permission of a parent or guardian. MTC does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If MTC receives actual notice that it possesses Personal Information about a child under the age of 13, MTC will make its best efforts to permanently delete such information from our records.

We may occasionally change this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the changes on the Site. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.
