Mi Tierra Menudo

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 lb of honeycomb Beef Tripe (diced)
  • 1.5 Cups of water
  • 1 Jar of Mi Tierra Menudo Soup Base

Garnishes:

  • Diced Oregano
  • Diced White Onion
  • Chopped Jalapeño
  • Limes

Instructions:

  1. Add beef tripe and water to the electric pressure cooker, cook on high for 45 minutes, and set to natural release.
  2. Add 1 Jar of Mi Tierra Menudo Soup Base and let it heat through
  3. Serve with garnishes and enjoy!
